What a shambles trying to claim bank charges back from Abbey. They have said no, so Abbey I am taking my case to the Financial ombudsman.
I have been on several blogs and it seems ABBEY is the worst at dragging their heels and making excuses. I will keep you informed how it goes. In the meantime there is lots of info on http://www.moneysavingexpert.co.uk/
